Our work experience program assists secondary students completing year 10, 11 or 12 by providing work experience in healthcare services in our Hospital or Aged Care.
We aim to offer an understanding of the large variety of activities that combine to deliver contemporary and professional healthcare services.
All student’s will be ‘buddied’ with a clinical or experienced member of the organisation within each designated area. Students are asked to complete the work experience application form and essay and return by either post or email.
The program usually is available for one week each year in June. Places are limited to a total of three students for the Hospital. We accept applications from students attending schools on the Mornington Peninsula.
We are looking for students who are enthusiastic and willing to provide exceptional service whilst completing their work experience roles. All students chosen to participate in the work experience program will be selected based on their application and essay.
