Jo and Jan, grandchildren of Reverend W J Youngson, one of the founders of The Bays Hospital, visited us yesterday while holidaying from New Zealand to reconnect with their family’s legacy.
It was a special moment to reflect on the vision and dedication that helped shape The Bays into the place it is today, and to share that story with the next generation. Their visit was a meaningful reminder of the strong roots and enduring community spirit at the heart of our hospital.
