The Melbourne Racing Club Foundation and Mornington Racing Club are combining forces to match each dollar kindly donated to our volunteer tin rattlers, who will be at the 2017 Ladbrokes Mornington Cup tomorrow  to raise funds  to contribute to the purchase of one new foetal monitor to expand our foetal monitoring service. You can make an online tax deductible donation to support our fundraising efforts here

Five-year-old Junior Benton’s Square School student, Oliver Austin-Mills has fun and fundraising in his sights for the Mornington Cup Scrubs tin rattle. Demonstrating how strong and vibrant The Bays community is, Oliver is joining his dad, patients, volunteers, staff and friends of The Bays on Saturday 25 March at the Mornington Racing Club for the 2nd annual Scrubs tin rattle for The Bays Hospital.

The Bays is asking race-goers to dig deep as they leave the racecourse to support the work of The Bays Hospital. The money raised through the Scrubs tin rattle will be used to purchase specialised equipment for The Bays Hospital Special Care Nursery.

Each year the Special Care Nursery provides the utmost specialist care for more than 140 unwell, premature or babies needing additional monitoring.
