Ms Janine Loader

Ms Janine Loader is the Regional Chief Executive Officer for St Vincent’s Private Hospitals Victoria, a not-for-profit network comprising hospitals in East Melbourne, Fitzroy, Kew and Werribee. In this role, she oversees clinical services, operational performance, quality of care, and both staff and patient experience. Like The Bays, St Vincent’s operates without government funding and relies on the generosity and philanthropic spirit of its community.

Since joining St Vincent’s in 2002, Janine has built a long and distinguished career in nursing and health management. With nearly three decades of experience in the operating suite, she brings a strong clinical foundation and a deep understanding of patient care.

Janine is deeply committed to compassionate, values-based leadership and fostering alignment between staff values and organisational purpose. Her key areas of focus include advancing surgical innovation to improve patient outcomes, investing in modern healthcare facilities, and ensuring care remains centred on compassion – particularly for those most vulnerable.
