The Bays is a not-for-profit charitable organisation. This status allows our staff to salary package.

What does that mean for you?

As well as the normal tax free threshold ($6,000 per annum), The Bays staff can salary package up to an additional $16,050 per annum.

In simple terms;

• You may use tax free dollars up to $16,050 per annum to pay for school fees, your mortgage and any other financial commitment, or
• You may use a designated Westpac credit card to pay your normal household bills, up to $16,050 per annum in tax free dollars
