This seminar will provide GP’s with an update on assessment and management techniques of neck and knee conditions.  This session is structured with question and answer style learning including case studies and time allocated for discussion.

Program will cover:
Assessment, diagnosis and management of neck and knee pain.

Learning objectives:

  • Implement a systems approach to clinical assessment, investigations and treatment algorithm for patients with neck pain and without radiculopathy;
  • Specify the place of motion-preserving and minimally invasive spinal surgery and selection of appropriate candidates for various management algorithms;
  • Develop a framework for assessing a patient with knee pain; Understand when to order investigations for common knee conditions.
