Men’s health information for men and their partners
The Bays Men’s Health Group meets on the first Thursday bi-monthly and is available to men and their partners. Led by The Bays Healthcare Group and chaired by local community members Roy & Helen Francis, this group aims to provide information for men across all areas of health and well-being. Information and discussion topics will include; living a healthy lifestyle and keeping well, recovery from illness and cancer.

Join us in learning about the effects anxiety and depression has on our mental health and the pathways we can use to assist in overcoming them.
Rowan Wall from Beyond Blue will share with you his journey and how Beyond Blue can assist in overcoming mental health conditions.
Joy Ball from Solace Counselling Service will offer support strategies to relieve anxiety, stress and depression together with boosting overall health and wellbeing.
Supper and light refreshments provided.
