Most people will tell you that life isn’t the same after a cancer diagnosis.  During treatment a “new normal” is often maintained.  Each cancer represents different challenges and realities.

This free workshop hosted by Joy Ball, Solace Counselling Services, is ideal for women who have experienced a cancer diagnosis and will support you with strategies you will be able to take home and utilise in your every day life.

Learn how to:

  • develop a positive attitude without really trying
  • use your individual strengths to empower you
  • recognise your stress triggers
  • use relaxation techniques.

Places are limited, bookings essential.  Light lunch is provided.
